In early July 2021 I had my HVAC unit replaced by ***** ***** a few days later, July 9th 2021 I had Stanley Steemer clean the ducts of my home. After the service we noticed a lot of dust on the furniture. I thought, well I didn't expect that, but okay and scheduled to have the home deep cleaned. approx. 2 weeks later the home was cleaned. We continued to notice dust between home cleaning, every two weeks. In November we had ***** **** out to service the new unit. They asked us what happen because the A-Coil was covered with dust and trash including band aids. They cleaned the unit and I told them that we had had the ducts cleaned, they stated this was a terrible job. I asked who they trusted and they stated *****. I called ***** and had them clean a rental property I own in Chesterfield. I was very satisfied with the service and we didn't see build up of dust between cleaning. On March 31st of this year we had our home ducts cleaned by ***** and they took pictures before and after. In the pictures you can clearly see dirt and construction debris from when it was built in 1984 along with an old Mountain glass bottle and a metal pudding cup. Clearly the glass bottle and metal cup are old. I contacted Stanley Steemer and talked to the owner, **** ******** ***** ********. **** was nice and friendly and requested I send the pictures to him. A day later he sent me a letter stating that it is corporate policy that you have 10 days if unsatisfied with service. As these events occurred I didn't know in that time frame that I had a problem. The issue became apparent over the timeframe. I can provide pictures via email if you need them for your review. I also have the bottle and the pudding cup I can provide.

I believe Stanley Steemer damaged my basement floor. They were cleaning the carpet. After they cleaned, I noticed there were a couple of places that were saturated and not drying. They said it should be dry in 48 hours. That time passed and it was still not dry. A few days later, they sent someone out to assess the situation. He told me that it would dry in 48 more hours and that it wouldn't produce mold. There was no other treatment, he said it would dry on its own. A week later, its still not dry. Brown spots developed. They recleaned it. Four more days for it to completely dry. That's when I noticed that mold was coming up. I did my own cleaning and I thought it was all over again. With last night's rain, there are spots again in the same spots. I think the concrete is damaged.

We've done a couple of carpet cleaning jobs for her.  There were drying issues.  I think she's having water issues that we or her are not aware of.  Our cleaning would not damage any type of concrete.  We refunded her for the carpet cleaning.

Saturday November 27, 2021 at 10 Willmore Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63109 I had an appointment scheduled with Stanley Steamer to clean three rooms in my new home. The workers arrived at my home. They did not wear masks in my home. Per the City of St. Louis guidelines for COVID workers are to wear masks. One of the employees wore booties and the other wore his work shoes all over my home. One of the workers said the rooms are small and should not take more than 20 minutes. The same worker that wore his shoes into my home asked where the bathroom was. I told him it was down the hall. I felt intimidated by this worker. He was pushy about using the facilities. I went outside my home to complete yard work. The first employee was working outside hooking up the hoses. The second worker came back outside after being in my home for 15 minutes. The first worker made a comment about the amount of time he was inside. They completed the cleaning. I paid for their services $140 and $20 tip. The workers left. I went back inside my home to clean my bathroom. The second worker had diarrhea all over my toilet. There was dried up stool all over the toilet bowl, lid, and seat. This is a health concern. Their employees should not be using private residences' bathrooms. The worker could have had a virus and spread it in my home. The bathroom was not near areas of the home that they cleaned. This worker could have walked all around my home. I had to disinfect my bathroom and clean up the soiled toilet of a strange man in my home. This employee was intimidating, unfriendly, and I was scared to say no he could not use the bathroom. The workers did not walk me through the house to show they completed the work. The second employee merely took a photo and said here we are done. I want to be reimbursed the $160 that I spent on this job. Stanley Steamer should be concerned their workers are not following local health guidelines. The worker could have had covid.
