I went to the Carol House Furniture store in **************** I was unable to find sofa sectional in their showroom so the salesperson suggested that their designer department could assist me in having a sofa sectional to be customize for my living room space which is small so I agreed. They came out and measured the space, and I went to the showroom in *********** and picked out a sectional that I thought I would like. I was truly excited about this. I noticed after I had the sectional about month or so that it was lumpy looking and the is material sagging and the welted is uneven around the cushions it looked lopsided due to the sloopy sewing job. My sectional looks like something that you could've gotten out of a resale shop in pretty fair condition. It's definitely not what you would consider to be quality work. So I contacted customer service support which they were no help. She was rude and nasty very condescending and they offered me a $300 a gift card and told me to call the warranty company. Prior to that situation they sent out an furniture technician to assess my sofa sectional in his eyes he seen nothing wrong with it but, in my eyes I paid my money over $4000 to me it's not esthetically pleasing to look at. I would never have anything customized from them ever again. If it's not on the floor or a manufacturer I can buy directly from. I'm stuck at home with something I really don't like.Then a customer service support person told lie is nothing noted on my receipt that states you have 5 days to return your furniture after its delivery and there was no mentioned of this to me at the time of payment. I am truly disappointed with Carol House customer services department and how they treat their customers. They had the audacity to tell me to flip my cushions every week so they can stay in shape. I am very disappointed the owner has not reached out to *****'s almost like they are discriminating he reached to others.

This customer got quality ********************. In the first couple of months upholstered furniture "breaks in". Every type of fabric stretches a little different during this time, but then settles. All upholstered furniture requires "maintenance" of "fluffing". This furniture will be comfortable, durable, and the warrantee is still in place. Unlike other stores that would apologize, we also offered a really nice free gift of choice to show we care.
