            I purchased a pool pump from this company 07/20/2021 for $421.02. The pump started not working properly, I knew it had a warranty, but I did not have the receipt. I went by the store 08/03/2022 asked if they had record of the pump purchase. They did, printed off a receipt and handed it to me telling me to bring in the pump and show them the receipt. On 08/05/2022 I brought the pump up to the store. The man who took the pump Looked up the information he also said it was still under warranty. I received a call the afternoon of 08/05/2022 saying it would be just over $300 for the repair. I asked about the warranty they said, "no, it was no longer under warranty." I let them know two employees had told me it was under warranty and asked if I could get any kind of discount. I was then told I could get a $20 discount. Attached is a copy of the receipt that was printed off for me. This has my mother's name she lives with us. She is retired and typically on accounts like this because she has days free.
