**** ****** talked but didnt walk a big game. I hired him to redo 95% of my cement. The whole project was filled with mistakes. They dont know how to make 90 angles. **** sat there telling me an angle was 90 when it was very obviously not, so I went inside and grabbed my square and showed him. It was sad how far out of 90 They couldnt understand parallel and would lose several inches over a 10 foot line. Making something level was darn near impossible for them as well. All of my stairs had rock showing through where the brushing and finishing work wasnt done properly. Tons of gouges and deformities all over as well. Theres a two foot space near my foundation where they just didnt put enough cement and somehow finished without realizing they were missing a whole chunk of cement? I paid for color to be added and he either added the wrong color to one pour or didnt add it, so the cement looks like it was poured years apart and in completely different colors. He would take weeks off at a time. He messed up the stairs so bad that he tried to correct them with 4 layers of sealant and an experiment in coloring that just made everything worse. His last day, he tried adding more sealant when the temps were too high and it bubbled up crazy. Plus he added the sealant with an old paintbrush that lost bristles that he was just going to leave, so i got tweezers and sat and picked them out while he continued on. He laid the borders 2nd and got it all over the other cement. He said he would clean it up. He didnt and was just going to leave it and SEAL OVER IT so I spent 4 hours cleaning his mistakes. He loved blaming everything on **** He wasnt finished and asked for the final check. I gave some - not all. He never came back. I had to hire someone to fix and finish and I quickly learned just how bad **** had done. On top of that. The project should have taken 3 weeks. He was at my house for 6 months. Minus 2 weeks waiting for electric and 2.5 weeks I was out of town

Your job definitely had its challenges even after changing things over and over and over we still had everything set properly before we poured. The constant changing is what made *** not want to even return to the job. I wasn't trying to blame anyone I was trying to make you happy. This was a big problem with the job carrying on as long as it did. More like 3 months total but even still it shouldn't have taken that long. The month that you left and went on vacation and waiting on the electrician did take apart in extending the time to do this job but wasn't a problem with us because we had jobs to fill in the spots. The job was paid in full and signed off on by you and the city of Manchester. The little bit of money owed for me rebuilding your Sill plate and face plate that was rotted by termites all the way across the back of the house was not incentive enough to return. I'm disappointed in myself but do feel that I did everything I could to please you. I'm very happy that you found someone that could.
