- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All claims for adjustments must be accompanied by the original receipt. All batteries are sold on a replacement fixed cost per month, based on the published list price at the time of adjustment. No cash refunds. Factory procedure tests will be made by warehouse to determine if adjustment is necessary. Discharged batteries will be re- charged at regular cost. Installation charges are extra for installing adjusted batteries.
