- Have 14 day return policy if for no other reason than the purchaser simply no longer wants the computer. Money will be refunded when computer arrives without damage and is functioning. Purchaser pays for shipping and insurance to our physical address. Purchase price will not be refunded if computer is non-functioning. If computer arrives to purchaser DOA, then purchaser will contact us and we will send them to a computer tech within their zip code and we will pay for the repair.
