    the driver was given very specific instructions as well as the address to drop the car off but when we got a text from our insurance to confirmation it was completed, we still didnt have our car. ******, the tow driver had dropped my car off under the carport at the neighbors house & left my keys on their porch. when I asked him about it, he said well I didnt see the wicker table or glider bench you told me about but I did see a hanging swing, so I just figured you wouldnt miss them when you walk inside your house I CANT SEE THEM IF THEYRE NOT AT THE *************! when speaking to the lady said she was a manager there at metro, she acted like it was the insurance dispatch departments fault & literally said hes one of our best ************** be surprised how it does happen that cars get dropped off at the wrong place IT ABSOLUTELY SHOULDNT EVER BE A REALITY THAT YOUR CAR IS LEFT IN SOMEONE ELSES POSSESSION WHEN YOURE PAYING FOR A JOB!! absolute incompetence all the way around.

    Hi I believe we have spoke to you on this on other occasions and again mistakes happen. The driver was aware that he couldn't find any of the supposed furniture on your porch or decorations that you had explained. In this business things happen, we make mistakes just like you and any one else on the earth. We apologize that your so upset about a driveway difference that you had to post on the BBB. But we did give you options to fix the problem. Thank you.

    I wish I could attach a photo of how my vehicle was just left by metro towing, i took a tape measure outside and it is **************************************************************************** my driveway and just asking that, frustrated everyone involved so much that the female dispatcher had the tow truck driver just sit it down on the ground where it was, in the middle of the street. My cv joint is broken, so I cant simply roll it. I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with *** to get them to send another company to complete the tow job and reposition my truck out of the middle of the road (safety hazard) and into the driveway where it has always been towed to in the past. METRO- if AAA calls you as the service provider for me, please refuse service to me so they can send someone else.

    Hi Denver. Sorry your so unhappy with services provided but unfortunately when you have a driveway as narrow and as long as yours it makes it very difficult for a truck our size to maneuver that. We are truly sorry your so unhappy but again we gave you multiple options, all of which you refused.
