              Date of transaction: June 9th, 2023 Amount of money Paid: $210 What the business committed to provide you: Well treatment service to fix positive test for coliform in well water. What the nature of the dispute is: On June 9th, 2023 one worker came out and treated well by throwing handful of treatment tablets down well and drove off after accepting $210 payment. Worker did not advise us on next steps of well treatment if any. 10 days later we had water tested by county and well was still positive for coliform. The county health department officer advised us that there is much more to treating a well than what was provided. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: On July 10th we contacted company to see if they could treat well and asked if they could fix the problem for a discount since they did not fix it the first time. The manager told my wife they would come out for another $210 and laughed at her over the phone about the idea of them fixing their mistake with a discount of some type. We are no longer interested in having them visit our house for further service and are seeking a full refund instead.

              We lost our water supply late Monday night. I called ********************** that night and left a message. A snow storm was on the way. They called the next morning at 6:45. Even though their schedule was full, they sent a service crew at noon. They determined that the pump had failed and called for a replacement crew. They arrived at 1:30 pm and had the pump replaced by 4:00 pm just as the snow started to fall. The crew members were friendly and professional. They kept us informed throughout the process. We could not have had a better service response.
