    Two years ago we had a fenced installed by this company. Right away, after a few storms we had a few panels in our fence come apart. Didnt think much of it, fixed it and figured it was just a bad storm. In the last two years, we have had our fence come down MULTIPLE TIMES. ***** ripped off, panels blown out from the smallest storms. Fast forward two years, this past month we had a storm come through taking the whole side of our fence down. Keep in mind this is about the 5th time our fence has fallen down and we have been told BY MANY People our fence should not come down this easy. We decided to claim it on insurance to have it fixed because a few post came out of the ground and broke. Our insurance company came out and took a look and let us know that they could deem our fence as POOR WORKMANSHIP and deny our claim because there was LITTLE TO NO CONCRETE in the post that were ripped out of the ground and overall the fence was done very poorly. My husband and I decided we were done messing with the fence & were going to remove it because on top of the $12,000 we spent on the fence, everytime we turn around we were paying to fix something else or replace something. Once my husband started removing the fence, we realized that almost all of the post BESIDES 4 Had Little TO NO CONCRETE IN THEM!!! It was very sad when my husband was able to pull almost all of the post right out of the ground because once again there was very little, if not Absolutely No concrete in the ground with the post. It is almost looks like the first few post that were installed were done correctly then they rushed through it to hurry and get the rest done which resulted in HORRIBLE work done by this compant.

    The Fence Company did install the Fence per industry standards in May of 2022. February 27th of 2023 customer reached out after a strong storm (winds recorded ***** mph) that blew some pickets out of her fence and even blew her gate off the hinges. Wind damage was not covered by warranty, but a crew was sent out and repairs completed as a customer service and there was no charge. More than 3 months later the customer put in a ******************** complaint. The Fence Company responded both to the BBB complaint and the customer. The ********************** reached out to customer via email and offered to return and review concerns. No reply was made to BBB or The Fence Co. In April of 2024 there were severe storms with wind and hail that caused widespread damage. The customer reached out following the storm and asked us to come out to bid her needed replacement for an insurance claim. We discussed how crazy the storms were and how much damage had been caused by it all. We arrived for the bid appointment, she told the owner that insurance had already given her a bid for replacement. In the customer review she stated the posts broke, that is caused by severe wind damage snapping the posts from the concrete. It is our practice to use at a minimum 2 bags of concrete per post hole and it is evident this was done as the posts broke, they did not blow out of the ground as they would if there were not enough concrete used. I would have expected her insurance company to reach out to us if the work was POOR WORKMANSHIP.
