    On January 10, 2025, I received mail at my home address soliciting for a ******** Advantage Plan. I called the same day and requested that my name be removed from the mailing list. ******* (?) said that he would do so. On February 25, 2025, I received the same junk mail. On March 10, 2025 I again received the same junk mail.!!! Please note that I live in *******, but the mailing came from Senior Health Advisors in ********. Do not confuse this with Senior Healthcare Advisors in ***************, *******. The complaint is against Senior Health Advisors in ********!!!

    I do not send out mailers to anyone, and definitely would not send to *******, I am a Missouri operated business. This consumer has the wrong business.

    On 4/2/25, we received the attached notification from the BBB. This is the first time have learned of *** ******** request to be removed from future mailings and we have done this effective 4/2/25. (Internal Ticket # HD-35170)  

    Senior Health Advisors provides data and mail services to clients that sell various healthcare products to consumers out of a call center. While we do have a system for our clients and its agents to provide feedback/updates on consumers that have requested to be taken off the list, unfortunately, some requests do not make it from the agent fielding the phone call to our data team. That appears to be what happened in the case of *** ******. 

    We will reiterate with our client the importance of communicating EVERY request to be removed from future mailings. 

    We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that no future mailings will be sent from Senior Health Advisors as of 4/2/25.
