      I have had multiple problems with this dealership over the last year from service of a car they sold me with multiple issues now i traded that car and have spent the last 4 months trying to get my cancelable warranty money back they forgot to send it off then messed up only sending one after giving them 3 times to get it taken care of i finally called and got phone number and canceled every thing my self but they will not release my money we are talking over a couple thousand i just want to cut ties get my money and never do business with such a poor ran company again

      We dropped off my fiance's car on the 15th @ 10:30 am for an appointment that same day that was scheduled for the same day @ 2:30 pm. It took ages for a service advisor to acknowledge we were there before they took in the car. They did not mention a turnaround time for the car which we didn't think much of since we had an appointment. We received no response on the day we dropped it off. We called the service department after the car had been there for a full 24 hours and found out they had not started to look at it yet. Feeling a bit annoyed we asked for the supervisor. After talking to the supervisor we were informed it would be looked at within the next couple of hours which was at about 11 am on the 16th (today). We called back at roughly 4 pm after hearing nothing since then. The supervisor finally told us the battery was dead and would have to be replaced but it would be tomorrow the 17th before it could be ready. When asked why it would take a total of 3 days to diagnose and change a battery the supervisor became combative in his language and said "What do you want me to do about it?" and "Do you want us to do the work or not?". This is a highly unprofessional way to conduct business with your customers who have used your services on numerous occasions. ****, the service supervisor, needs to chill out and be a bit more respectful when it comes to answering reasonable questions about service delays. We will not be back or buy another vehicle from them ever.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. They sold my daughter an equinox that was in the shop for 4 out of the first 6 months and then refused to take responsibility. The service department got it going and were very helpful but the sales department is very shady. Dont buy from them.

      Bought a 22 Silverado from here paid cash. And paid cash for a 22 Tahoe. Well the Silverado started to have issues brought to their attention and even a ****** for the dealership brought it to their attention. Was ignored and so was the ******. Spoke with em told me it was a sensor. They replaced the sensor. And left my front end lose tried to say it was a transmission bracket. Coming from the front tire passenger side. Took it back again for the shift to park as they call it. Wrong part had it for 2 days for a 2 hour job. Picked it up after hours. Then I call back on. 2/28/24 and ask whats going on said the service manager said this and lied and said there was a text to my wife. There wasnt she calls oh its an e mail. Tells me to quit yelling or h*** hang up. Told Me if I come up to the dealer h*** beat my a** how is this appropriate for a dealership a manager none the less. As well as telling me its not a public dealership. Then also proceeded to tell me I dont have a freedom speech and o cant say anything to him. And his technician is not a liar and Im a POS. Then calls me back ******************************** Im wrong. Great way to have someone spend 150 thousand on 3 cars cash and have rude service and the managers and owners are ok with it. This isnt the first time first time I was told get the fck out of my office. Then proceeded today to tell me its not a public place. So horrible service and horrible service manager who dont care

      Not even going to waste my time writing all my grievances. Sweet and short; I was lied to multiple times, paid $450 more at checkout than what I was quoted for a job, they do not honor their guaranteed vehicle return date- mine was in the shop for over a month for a dent they caused. They intentionally or not did not pick up or return my calls for weeks and other ***** details.Incredibly disappointed with how they treat their customers who purchased a brand new vehicle from them. No problems in the actual service they provided though. So great if you don't mind forking over dollars you were told you wouldn't have to spend on their own made up time line. Within this time they fired and replaced their service manager - I don't think he was the problem.

      Poor Business practices.Don't honor their discount coupons.Inferior workers.Lie to customers.Show disrespect to customers.STORY: Received a mail in coupon addressed to me for discounted services.$29.95 Oil Change. Expires end of December. Other discounts were on the the coupons as well. Went into the ****************** on 10-24-23 with coupon. 4 people at Service counter and just one customer. One car ahead of me in the shop. Waited awhile and finally some lady called me over. Showed her the coupon for $29.95 Oil Change. She said this is only for GM cars. I said it doesn't say that on the coupon. She didn't say anything about that and then ask, is there anything else on the coupon you would like. I said yes if they will do it, the $12.95 Tire Rotation. No more said and we went into wait for Service Work on car. I have a ******* Santa fe Sport.They finished and came to get the ************ total ***************** to $53.39. I wasn't concerned about the incorrect price so I signed and left. Now here's the problem. They say they rotated the tires but I know they didn't the same worn tires were still on the front of car. I called and was a little upset. The telephone receptionist hung up the phone on me. Called back and finally got the Service Manager. He lied about the whole thing. The bill receipt was incorrectly written also. Very poor business practices in my opinion. I was wondering if when a person buys a car from them if they treat them the same sneaky and corrupt way. I've had 66 cars in my 75 years. I know now why I could NEVER make a deal with them. People just beware.

      We went to Jim Trenary Chevrolet around the end of July looking for a truck for my grandson. They had a 2017 F150 4x4 which was still in the service department being checked out. We expressed interest in the truck and submitted our financial information which was approved. We were informed that they just received the truck but did not have a title yet however the truck was ours and they would put a sold sign on it and place it in the back lot. Several times during the waiting period we were assured that the truck was still ours. At the end of September, we finally received a text from ************** "we will be sending the paperwork out to you and your cosigner to fill out". I did not receive the paperwork. The next text from ************** " the title is in I need you to call me". We were not available at that time. 1 1/2 hours I called the main number, and his cell phone several times left a message and sent text, no response. I tried several more times that day as well as texting *********************** with no response. The next day I contacted the Used Car Sales Manager he informed me that the truck was sold yesterday to someone else. I then contacted the General Manager *********************** and explained how upset I was over the situation. ****************** stated he would need to check the case notes and speak with ***** and ******* and would contact me in a couple of hours. He did not call be back. I called again and was told he was unavailable and would call me back before he leaves for the day. To this date I never heard back from him, and I called every day several times a day and each time was told he was away from his desk or on a call. The last time I attempted to contact ****************** the person that came on the phone was the Used car sales manager, which ****************** asked him to handle. He said that the truck was sold, and nothing could be done! What I was expecting was an apology and that they would compensate by finding a comparable vehicle.

      He recieved 3 emails which were read multiple times,

      He also recieved multiple texts and phone call

      No response was recieved.

       

      I have verfied the emails were in fact read multiple times, 

      The customer upon speaking to me, stated we never contacted them.

      I have verfied thru our email tracking that the emails were, in fact, read multiple times

      and through out the day.

       

      I don't appreciate being told false information, and

      will not compensate you for "searching for a vehicle" online from *****.

      And having verfied your claims you stated to me, to be in fact false, 

      by verifying your emails in fact were read and read multiple times,

      and the same day, within an hour of being recieved.

      To whoevers reading this, complaints against dealerships are pointless because they dont change a thing. Dealerships generally dont care about bad reviews whatsoever. With that being said this was by far the worst consumer car buying experience ever! I dont believe anyone at this dealership has ever. First time meeting salesmen who werent interested in selling a car whatsoever. I had to call **** in finance 3 times over the course of 4 days to even get a salesman to reach out to me regarding my inquiry. My mom took it upon herself to go to this dealer and test drive the vehicle. When she arrived no one greeted her, she had to locate a salesman herself. The salesman she found told her he would find her someone else by the name of ****, to help her even though he was not doing anything but texting on his phone at the moment. **** was indeed busy with another customer so he could not help her so the first guy stopped twiddling his fingers on his phone to assist. My mom asked for a test drive and he gave her the keys, didnt explain how to start the car nor any of its functions, took a picture of the ** and walked away. We never liked the customer service that was provided at this location whatsoever, drove the car to an another dealer who pointed out many flaws and offered a better deal. The vehicle she test drove also looked as though its been involved in a flood. Took the car back to *** Trenary, she asked for a better deal. He flat out said no deals but it as it. She left and went to the better dealer down the street.

      I had a engine light come on the dash and then the words reduce the engine power. I took it to *** Trenary they charged me$839.95 explaining what was wrong with the vehicle they repaired the vehicle. They called me and informed me that the vehicle was ready. I picked the vehicle up. I live eight mile down the rode and it did not even make it homed. I had the vehicle towed back to the business. I have had this car back in forth to this shop a total of 14 times with a total amount of $5013.25. for the same problem. They kept telling me that they had fixed the problem. I called ************** about the dealer ship and they gave me a reference number of . I spoke to a lady named *** her ext.: number. The telephone number for ************** is . She talked with the dealership a few times and they stated that they would try to do better. She called me yesterday and she informed me that the dealership could not figure what the problem is and they would not be able to do anything else unless I paid more money. Each time the dealership stated they fixed the problem they test drove it but that could not be true I only made it home one time out of the 14 times.

      We bought a used truck 5yrs ago from the dealership in ***** ********. Last year 2022, the engine light was on for over a year, then the traction control and stabilizer both shut off at the same time-dry, flat smooth road. Truck shuddered and lost power. At least wasnt on the highway. Had to get the owners manual to find out what happened and how to fix it. Got it home. Thought it was just random. Had to take it to Trenary for a recall. While there we asked for a state ****************** the check engine light code. They failed inspection but didnt reset the check engine light code. Then this month Feb 2023, the same thing happened. It was scary since it could have caused a severe accident or death if on the highway-shuddering & no power, dangerous situation. Started looking at different trucks. Found out that the truck had been modified to the point that the federal government mandated laws had been broken and Trenary sold a illegal vehicle-to **. The codes were deleted that made the truck safe. That the federal government mandated to have. Our county doesnt do emissions and thats the only reason the truck passed inspection all this time. The previous owners took a beautiful vehicle and modified and deleted safety codes. When we had it checked out somewhere else, they gave us 3 pages of the computer printout showing all the codes that were deleted and what they meant and what they did. A guess of 10,000-15,000 to reprogram or replace all the systems with the deleted codes with no guarantee that it would work or stay. We lost ****** trade in value. The new dealership talked about parting the truck out if they cant get the codes and issues fixed. We believe Trenary knew about it, just put a passed inspection sticker on it & sold it. Never ever go to this dealership in Union ********. They are shady and dont care about anything but the money they can get from the customer, not about selling safe vehicles so beware if you use any Trenary dealerships anywhere.
