5 starsI purchased a 10x12 garden shed from Sheds for Less Direct, and its exactly what I was looking for! The quality is outstanding, with sturdy construction and beautiful finishes. I loved how easy the website was to navigate, allowing me to effortlessly compare different models to find the perfect fit for my yard. 3 starsI ordered a shed and from shedsdirect.com Nov. 16th. It is now Dec. 11 and still no shed. No one contacts the customer from this place. Customer has to do all the communicating. The shed was scheduled to be delivered Nov. 8th. I called the main office this morning and was told my message would be relayed to the warehouse. I got the warehouse number and called them. They said my shed is either not in stock or lost and that they would call later today. Of course they didn't. I called at 4:50 and no one answered the phone. Again at 4:55, still no answer. I'll update this as the debacle continues to unfold, but as of now I would suggest shopping for sheds somewhere else.Review fromWayne R

Beware. I ordered a shed on Presidents day afternoon and afterwards found a much better price elsewhere, which I explained upfront. At start of business the next day I attempted to cancel the order and was told I would get a confirmation email by the end of day. Later that morning I was told I could not cancel because it was already shipped. As I was on the phone with them I miraculously got an email with a tracking number that would not be good for at least48Hours. Fishy. Cancelling now would cost me a 25% restock fee. Really! They do offer a price match but that's only good before the item is shipped, and it does take 48hours to be reviewed for approval, Do they hold shipping until then? What do you think. Steer clear from this company. Once they have your money customer service goes out the window. On the other hand their logistics must be amazing, to process an order on a holiday afternoon and have it on the truck for delivery in thirteen hours, bravo. Oh did I say they could not find the order# when I called at 8:00 am in the system and had to track by name. Can't wait to see when it arrives. AGAIN STAY AWAYSheds Direct Stores LLC

I've looked up your order and see you placed it on 2/20 and tried to cancel on 2/21. Our team found that your order was already picked up by *** that morning. The only way at that point for us to cancel your order would be to ship it back and there are fees to do that. I tracked your order and you can now see it online that it shows shipped 2/21 which you were unsure of and thought maybe our staff was lying to you to keep your order. Our company is very strict to always refund customers that want to cancel if we can stop a shipment. We want happy customers and we try to always strive for that. Your item has now been delivered today 2/24. Our job is to ship as fast as we can once we get an order and unfortunately that messed up your plan to cancel. I'm really sorry we couldn't pull this one back in time for you to do that. At the same time I'm happy to see you received your order in just a few days. This company is absolutely terrible. I tried ordering a shed and it says that my billing address doesnt match for my card..(which it does) checked it 10 times. Tried tonorder it 10 different times. Then i thought ok.. ill use the pay with pay pal option. Well they took my money. Refused the sale. Then paypal held my money. Ok moving forward. They sent me an invoice via pay pal. I paid the invoice. It went through. I never recieved a confirmation email, No tracking, nothing in relation to me ever placing an order. So i called them. They "sent me the invoice" but what theybreally did is sent me another invoice on paypal that now stated that i have to pay for the shed again! So i called again. Right when they answer the phone they said jake your calling again. Well yeah your dam right im calling again. Im livid at this point. 2 week process just to order a shed. And to top it off. I go on my account on their web site and it says i have no orders. These people should not be in business. Or they need to get their **** togather!!Sheds Direct Stores LLC

For your privacy I won't share that here but your street number has letters and numbers scrambled together with no spaces between. I've reported this to them to see if they can resolve it for future transactions and I'm waiting on a response still. We use what's called **************************** (AVS) to protect us from fraud. This service matches your street number and zip code with the banks records. For some reason this service hiccuped with your street number mixed with letters. I see my staff did the only thing they could and sent a Paypal invoice to you with a link to make your payment. Your payment was successful and we shipped the merchandise. I've tracked it and see it has been delivered on 2/17. If you need further assistance please don't hesitate to call us 7 days a week at **************. I'm also going to have someone on our team give you a follow up call today to see if we can assist with anything. Thanks again for your business we really do appreciate it! Shopping at Sheds for Less was very easy. The shed we ordered was the lowest price we could find so I was quite happy with the price. The assembly was completed with 2 persons. The directions along with a few clarifications from you tube videos were good. We had no problems with the shed we ordered- it arrived without issue.What I found most helpful was the service we received from Sheds for Less-- I ordered the shed for my son so my billing address and receiving address as well as name were different. I noted that on my order form and Sheds for Less contacted me and my son-- it couldn't have gone smoother. Well Done Shed for Less-- Highly recommend!!Sheds Direct Stores LLC
