      The guy (in the tight ball cap & no hair on his face) told me my car was lowered so they couldn't align the vehicle. The vehicle is NOT lowered. It had at the time new struts, control arms, compression arms, sway bar & links, all tie rods, rear cam bolts, and a newer rear end assembly installed, this is why i required an alignment. None of these parts are capable of lowering the ride height of the vehicle. Not one part or any combination thereof. So, right through the door i received a VERY BAD diagnosis. As an ASE Certified Technician myself, with 15 years' experience, this is just unprofessional and lazy. The 1st things addressed concerning alignments are tire pressure & ride height, even before bend or loose parts (i.e. tie *********** joints) Just 101 teachings. I'm not sure who gave these guys 5 stars??? They must of delivered the pizza that day and got air in their tire for free and gave praise. Or it's the guy's brother. Jammin J Does NOT Jam! Note: I walked across the street (Page Avenue) to Tire Choice and the vehicle was aligned with acute precision in under an hour. There are grander shops out there people. Pick 1. Anyone with the financing can open a building and claim to be a professional.......until the real customers begin walking through the door and not your buddies.
