I hired this company to repair my property due to an car accident caused by my neighbor (my flower bed, concrete wall, blocked window, some part of my siding and grass).The estimate was reasonable, therefore I selected them to do the work except replace my blocked window. All went well except when it came to replace the siding. I was told the siding would have to be ordered and due to it being early winter and it may take awhile. I understood that and gave them portion of the insurance money except $250.Now, it's been months and they refused to acknowledge my phone calls and texts.Customers is very unsatisfactory and because my house is missing a portion of the siding which is an eye sore. They don't desire a high rating.

We are still experiencing new staffing and phone integration issues due to exponential growth that we have seen over the past year. I am personally upset as well that this has not been resolved I have trusted in the new team to run the machine I call Pet Peeve Property Maintenance LLC the way I designed it, as my wife and I are venturing off into a real estate entrepreneurship as well. I am going to get to the bottom of this by the end of the business day and figure out what we can do to get that piece of siding put up for you. I know you were very pleased with our services the value, quality and customer service up to this point and I cannot thank you enough for your patience and again I am very sorry for the inconvenience. This is not the way I would like to see the business I spent so many years striving for excellence and integrity to be ran. The phone number for me on file it's no longer in my possession on a daily basis and has a call forwarding feature that is supposed to go throughout the team based on who's available at that time. Obviously a lot of attempts or falling through the crack and that is what I intend on getting to the bottom of as well.
