Last September, the sod in my front yard turned brown, so I called Premier Irrigation and Lighting, thinking I had a problem with a sprinkler head because the grass in the rest of the yard was fine. On September 15, 2023, the man from Premier discovered a broken pipe fitting in the hole where the sprinkler head was buried upside down. The repair costs $187.50. I paid by check #***. Before digging, ADB Companies, ******************** US **************************************************) left a notice on a door k*** hangar that they would be digging in my front yard, directional bore, and open excavation. Also noted on the doorknob hangar is: Should you have any concerns, call us. *********************************** - PM- ************. On October 2, 2023, an ADB supervisor came to my house and took a copy of the bill. I sent photos of the broken parts to his cell phone. February 16, 2024, I had not yet received reimbursement, so I called again and left a voicemail with no return call. On 3-12-24, ************ said he would get me in touch with people in my area. On 4-11-2024, **** said he would text me who the person was for my area. No text regarding that was received. On April 19, 2024, I called the phone number on the website. ******************************* answered the phone. He asked where I was located. I replied St. *******, **. He stated he was in *******, **. He said he would contact the project manager for the ********* area. He asked for it, and I gave him my email address and phone number. He said he would send me a screenshot of the email to the St. ***** project manager. February 16, 2024, I emailed the address on the ADB Companies website. No reply was received. In fact, after repeated efforts, I have received no communication about paying me back for the cost of sprinkler repair $187.50 resulting from ADB Companies digging.A copy of the bill and the doorknob hanger is attached. *****************************, ************************ ************

Around mid December 2023 ADB Companies was hired by **** to lay fiber line and the initial MO1 Call markings were placed. December 19th work started and finished right before December 23rd. The property was left ungraded with trackhoe tracks and truck tire marks that over extend the property line and the easement boundary. Ontop of that, the box and pole were placed in front of my view of the woodline and there was no formal notice that construction was taking place.I spoke with **** the project manager about 7 weeks ago and he stated that they were waiting for dry weather. It has been a very dry March with no contact from **** or ADB.

While on an overseas trip, my wife and I learned that ADB was beginning to install fiberoptic cable in our neighborhood, on behalf of Gateway Fiber. We called the contact, *** House, and asked that no work be done in our yard until we returned and could mark a dog fence and irrigation system heads. He stated that ADB would not start working on our property prior to our return. We came home to find that ADB had dug at several locations on our yard, leaving straw and grass seed to fix the damage they had caused. We also learned that they had cut and attempted a repair on our current internet service provider line, that our internet was not working, and that they had left a portion of our dog fence wiring exposed above ground. Because our internet was not working, our irrigation had not run for several days, and the grass seed and sod remnants they had used to repair the damage had not been watered, and were either dead or dying. We made two calls to *** House leaving messages regarding the damages, but he did not return our calls. Needing our internet back quickly, I called Spectrum and made an appointment to get the internet repaired. We then called Gateway Fiber seeking action. They opened a ticket with ADB, and the next day, ************************* (ADB Inspector) arrived at our house. He took pictures, told us the crew that worked on our house had been fired, and promised that he would address our complaints. A week passed, but no one had come to install sod as we had requested, and the dog fence was not reburied. In speaking with ***, he promised to get the dog fence reburied, but said that ************** would only allow ADB to seed and straw damaged turf. We called *********************** from ************** and were told that no city ordinance forbade the installation of sod. He also made calls to ADB asking them not to give citizens incorrect information. *** has failed to return any further calls I placed to him, and nothing has been done by ADB to fix the damages
