    If I could give them no stars I would. I paid $660 for a deep clean service. The house wasnt swept in between the stove and refrigerator. Closets werent cleaned, mirrors nor cleaned, shelves not wiped off. I reached out to tell her snd she just wanted to send a cleaning team back. We just had tenants move out and there were probably 10 roaches they ran across and she tried to tell me the house was infested. I had been here that day and knew that wasnt true. She had no excuses for the non cleaning - and refused a refund.

    Although I sincerely apologize for her disappointment in our services, the fact that she confirmed the presence of roaches is a sign that the home was in need of several days of cleaning beyond the 4 hours that was billed. I am still more than happy to send a cleaning team back to the residence for up to one hour free of charge. I would be sending a team of 3 and that would equate to 3 man-hours worth of service. I look forward to resolving this matter as soon as possible for all parties involved.
