    Working with Don T***** on my parents house has been a great experience. Very transparent in the process. Offering me the various options so I can make the best decision on selling the house that works for me.     My sister and I have been taking care of ***'s house for years. Both before and after she moved to assisted living. We have received letters and phone calls about buying it in the past, but mom was not ready. The crazy robo calls this past year just about drove ** nuts. Anyway, we finally talked Mom into selling. We called several companies.*** was refreshing. She explained how things worked. She even told ** that we would get more money if we cleaned it out and listed it. But after 2 years of maintaining a vacant home that was in need of a lot of repairs, we just didn't want to spend the time or money it would take. She made ** a fair offer in writing so we could take it to mom and the family attorney to approve. Everyone else was pushy and wanted ** to sign right now, even though it's not my house and I couldn't sign anything.I would recommend calling the Tuckers at Kcmohomebuyer - they were great to work with.
