The guy who runs this company, *******************, is a condescending *****. 1.5 hours late picking me up. I called multiple times and was told 20 minutes away each time.As a result I missed my connecting ride. When I sent an email to complain I received and I dont care about your problems stuff happens response. Yes theyre cheaper. Spend the extra $20 on the other guys and arrive on time.

This customer placed his order less than 24 hours from his departure time. As stated on our website, we ask for a phone call to insure availability which was not done. We were already obligated to go on a military contracted run from the base that requires us to wait 45 minutes if we are missing anyone, which we were. We do our best to accommodate all of customers. All of this was explained to this customer in a subsequent email.
