    I placed this order with Oldspart.com on 12/09/21. To this date I have not received the complete order. I call this company and speak with **** once a month. Each month **** has no update or memory of my order. I asked for a refund and was told no. **** has told me he can't handle this and has no answer for me. I would like to return the partial order I have received from this company and recieve a refund

    Ordered items on line because they do not answer the phone my credit card was charged for my complete order right away. But parts were on back order for months and some never came. I call and email them almost daily. I just want money back on items never received and items I had to return that they sent incorrectly. I spoke with **** several times and owner ***** on this matter ***** and **** said check would go out. But I’m not sure what year the check will go out since this order was placed April 14,2022

    I ordered a bolt on exhaust system that was designed specifically for my 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass on November 13, 2023. I finally received the order after numerous emails and calls to the company in mid February 2024. I tried to install this exhaust last week with no luck. I'm extremely mechanical, I've restored numerous classic cars, and also have a degree in mechanical engineering. This exhaust system is not bent correctly to fit on this car. I tried multiple attempts at getting it to work. There is no possible way that this system will fit this car as delivered. I've made a few calls and spoke with **** who said ***** could possibly help and to send an email to the company that ***** would review. No reply for 2 weeks. Sent 4 more emails. No reply. I boxed up the system to return for a full credit. I'd like my money back and for this company to pay for return shipping. I've since ordered a new exhaust system that fit perfectly from a different company. I also have a set key blanks that I ordered in November that I'm still waiting for. They were $24 and I'm not getting any satisfaction with this either.

    Feb 3 ordered a break cable , paid by ********** , 170.05 , order number ****** was told the manufacturer was to ship it but they dont so it was to be sent to oldsparts to be shipped , then tole it would be shipped asap and id recive a tracking number which never came so i called a few more times ang got more stories of why i havent got a tracking number or my parts and after sending them e mails with no responce my phone calls arent answered , busy maybe , but not so much as waiting for days to get a return call after leaving messages . all i want from them is to put the money back on my card so i can get the parts i need from fusic.
