General contractor agreed to a garage conversion. The work was not performed well at all, and was never completed. Owner used our money to finish previous job before us. Call completion job was dated for June 10, 2023. The job was still being performed to this day. We have asked for a refund and to return all removed property that the owner remove that was not owned by him or his workers. The work stated in the contract was never completed in a timely manner. We paid. He said contract amount on good faith, thinking that the work would be done, but the work never ended. There was electrical work done and never completed. There was wires hanging loose in electrical box. Box is never covered with small children able to touch the boxes. Contract states that there would be matching siding on the house. Siding is not matching again. The work has not been completed satisfactory by this company or said owner, ***********************, *****, ******, and partner, **. Have pictures and videos of the work that was being done that they said was completed weeks ago, but they kept returning so they could bill us for labor. We have dated two errands that we would like a full refund of all money, less materials that he bought providing paid invoices for certain materials. We have asked for the property that was removed that was not in the contract, and he refused to give it back. ***** work is horrible. It looks bad. He does not know what he is doing.
