Took my vehicle in to Big Os as I was having a slow leak in a tire but no puncture was visable. **** the manager did a visual inspection prior to the tire tech bringing my car in the bay and said he couldnt see anything that was be causing a leak and then gave me a quote on how much it would cost to patch tire if needed. I agreed. About 15 mins later the manager came up to me with my center cap to my chrome 20" aftermarket wheel and stated the center cap broke and they wouldnt be able to patch my tire but he could order me a new tire. Me obviously upset they snapped the bolt to my center cap in my wheel I asked why they would use an impact on a center cap, **** very rudley said "it was nothing they did, it just broke" great customer service by the way but with him being rude that they broke my wheel and wouldnt patch the tire I said no put my wheel back on I will go somewhere else. They put my wheel back on pulled my car back out front, now with a large bolt screw, screwed directly in the center of my tire, that wasnt there when **** did the visual inspection, wasnt there prior to going to Big Os as I had been looking for a puncture. Not to mention the bolt was brand new still had black paint on the head of the bolt. I did take a picture and went back in and asked the manager if it was normal protocol for the tires to screw a bolt into my tire, he continued to be rude and laughed at me stating they wouldnt do that. They purposely screwed a bolt in my tire and broke a bolt off into my wheel ruining a 20" chrome wheel and he laughed at me. How does this manager have a job, but more importantly how is a business performing criminal activities like with no fear. What are my options? Should I call the police to file a report?
