      Very thorough exam, explained the results then explained my hearing aid options without trying to up-sell to a pricier unit. When the hearing aids arrived, I received thorough explanations about care, cleaning and warranty. I was very pleased with the care I received.

      ****** really knows her stuff. She explains things very clearly and helped me when I had problems learning to use the aids. Jennifer runs a good, helpful front office. I chose their West Battlefield office because it was the most convenient among those covered by my insurance, And I am glad I did.
