The landlord here blindsided me and didn't review the place. My rent is paid up to date. She lied and told me she just bought the property and they had been keeping stuff here for 20 something years. I did nothing wrong but pay my rent on time. If I was a hoarding tenant, why would she ask me to stay here?I would like a full refund on my application because I am on once a month disability and have nothing to give away.  I would like the refund sent back the way I sent it.

The landlord blindsided me being disabled. Deception with the government and disabled tenant. She collected my money on July 1, 2023 and couldn&#**;t move in until July 31, 2023. She said she was going buying the property and closing on it. They already owned it. I never got a lease or back door key, basement or side door key. She moved out some people on July 30th. Her husband asked where the tools and furniture is going? I had to pay $250 with an 850 credit score. One of the maintenance men told me not to report them. My resolution is to get the $250 credit application and the half of the $1350 rent refunded to me.

Landlord ****** Services is not affiliated with any landlord. We do not collect rent or security deposits. The complaints LTS receives is because you think we are a landlord and we are not. We simply do a background check. If you are not approved for a new home that has nothing to do with LTS. The final decision maker is the landlord that you applied with.

The person that filed this complaint needs to reach out to the landlord they applied with.

We wish you the very best!
