    ********************* is a terrible landlord. He is greedy and will not repair your units property. He will cut every corner possible, he is your ideal definition of a slumlord! No matter what, you will not get your deposit back. Save yourself the trouble, and rent elsewhere.

    Interesting that this tenant stands out because she is the only tenant thats not gotten back 100% of their deposit in tow years. (I manage 72 apartments) She lived in my building for 7 years! How bad could it have been? She DESTROYED the apartment. Filthy dirty. Cabinets torn apart, the front window was literally torn off its tracks. I only wish I could share the photos of the apartment!! On top of it, she canceled the check on her final rent payment so her deposit was applied to back rent. Ive been a property manager for 17 years and *** only had one other complaint and that was from a drug addict. My history speaks for itself.
