I hired breezy moving to move large furniture and advised him over the phone that I had large furniture. I asked if he would like to come and preview the furniture because it is very large and heavy. He said absolutely not, Ive been moving furniture for a long time its not going to be an issue. He showed up the morning of the move with two teenage kids and himself. I was concerned to say the least. It was complete chaos from the moment he showed up. He didnt wrap any of my furniture. He didnt even bother to take out the shelving units inside the large pieces so as he moved them, they scratched up my furniture. He was navigating the young teenagers on how to assist him. I felt incredibly sorry for them because they were trying hard and he just kept screaming and yelling at them. Needless to say Im a wreck at this point, I watched him carry up my large entertainment center top knowing what was about to happen. Just as I expected, it was dropped on the ground and busted. Im talking about a $10,000 unit. He never once apologized or showed any remorse. At the end of the day, when it came to lifting up the top unit on to the base of the entertainment center, they made several attempts to put the two teenagers on one side and him on the other side. It didnt work. He assured me they would come back and get it up there. Then it came time to pay him. I asked him what kind of a financial cushion he would allow me to assure me that he would come back and do the job. He stated he would offer me none, as he had no assurance that I would keep my end of the bargain. I paid him, as I had no choice. Two months later, he shows up to finish the job with two teenagers and a woman to lift the unit that he couldnt lift with two teenagers and himself. They couldnt lift it. He was yelling and screaming, and it was dropped again. He stormed out of my home and left the two teenagers and the woman standing with me. Im now having to file a lawsuit. Dont use this company.

I hired Breezy Moving because my realtor recommended them but I definitely will not be recommending this business to anyone. When booking the move the Representative asked size of the house, how many rooms. I was quoted 3 hours to have the move completed. On moving day 2 young guys in their 20’s showed up. I heard multiple times from one guy that today was his first day back from being off due to hurting his back really bad. Both we really slow on moving my furniture and belongings. After 4 hours had past I was feeling like this is taking longer it should. Over the course of those 4 hours I tried to help them. But I had everything boxed up and ready to just be carried out of the house One guy unscrewed the legs of the support for my bed and I asked why he was doing that and he said they might get broken The truck was half full. I made the guys call their supervisor. His name is ****. 45 minutes later he came along with 2 other guys they bought a second truck and the first 2 guys had filled the truck up and left the heavier items for their coworkers and said they were taking their one hour lunch break and be out the new house after that. When **** and the other 2 guys got there they moved so fast and got everything else loaded up and when I mentioned to **** that the first 2 guys are taking one hour lunch break he said what? They weren’t supposed to take lunch break. I had hope the last 2 guys would help unload the first 2 guys truck but they didn’t. So it took them until 6 :30 pm to finish and they had started at 9 am. I had a 2 bedroom 1117 sq house. I was charged for 9 hours for first 2 guys then 3 hours for the last 2 guys After them talking to **** I paid for 9 hours for just for the first guys which remind you the whole move was to take 3 hours. So I had to pay 3 times the amount I was quoted. the support legs of my bed was missing I contacted **** and he said they didn’t have them. 30 days I contacted **** he said he had them.
