    We had one bathroom completely gutted and remodeled, as well as a new bathroom installed where one did not previously exist. However, since the completion of the project, we have experienced numerous problems. Firstly, the grout used in the remodeling was not properly mixed, resulting in cracks and crumbling. This allowed water to seep underneath the floor and walls, leading to the growth of black mold. I have included photographs depicting the condition of the grout and the black mold found behind the tiled wall constructed by Watkins Remodel. Furthermore, we discovered that one of the bathrooms was leaking into a downstairs bedroom due to improper pipe fittings. It was evident that the fittings were not even glued together. Additionally, Watkins Remodel used incorrect drains for the shower floor, as shown in the attached picture.Despite our attempts to contact Watkins Remodel via email, phone, and even a certified letter, we have been unable to reach a resolution. Watkins Remodel had initially expressed a willingness to address any issues with their work, but they have since failed to respond or take any corrective action. As a result, we were forced to hire a new contractor to rectify the damage and mistakes made by Watkins Remodel. The total cost of these repairs amounted to $13,000.00. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining appropriate compensation for the additional expenses incurred. We believe it is essential for Watkins Remodel to take responsibility for their substandard workmanship and the resulting damages.
