      I hired gunlock to come out and install and hook up a wood boiler. They claimed to set the system up to be in working order.I paid them.I then informed them that the system was not working and was not installed properly. I upheld my end of the agreement. They also tried to charge me for adapters when the agreement was that all parts were covered. They claimed to add antifreeze to system which was not done. They were paid to test and cycle the system. Which they did not. The system was never purged and was not installed correctly. I ended up having to hire another company to finish and fix what they were paid to do. I have several things that they were paid to do which they failed to do so. ***** also claimed I signed a legally binding document which I did not. I have requested a copy of anything I signed as well as a receipt. I paid them to install a wood boiler, which they did incorrectly, and left me and my family without a way to heat our house. Since they installed a thermostat but it was not operational. My wife and 2 year old and 4 year old were left without a way to heat the house.
