    My A/C has not been working for over 2 months. During this period I have put in several service request and emailed the manager ******. Most times the system would say that my service was completed but no one came. When someone did came the problem was not fixed. ****** responded sometimes to my email but not consistent and never resolved the issue. It is summer time and it is between the ***** degrees so my apartment is very hot. I was provided 2 weeks ago with a portable A/C unit which caused my electric bill to increase. ****** said the problem would be fixed by now but it is not fixed. I am spending extra money on electric and my issue is still not resolved. The Sunbrook apartment is very unorganized and doesn't address issues. It's not safe to live in an apartment in summer time with A/C.
