    Had car check out at dealership for a repair was in compliance with all requirements. Was told *** reach my max for repairs which is fine but why not mention that during last repair instead of taking my hard earned money. Considering taking legal action

    DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE FOR YOUR CAR. They deny most claims *** had 3 and they deny all. **** customer service. Threaten customers. Dont answer phone for assistance. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! RIP OFF! Please BEWARE! Find ANY OTHER COMPANY. Check BBB site that warns NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They took $3,700 for my policy and have only covered $227.09 out of 3 claims!

    My 98 year old mother in law just received another one of their scam letters. She has never driven a car in her life. I asked to take her name off their scam list. Let's see if that works.

    My 82 year old mother was paying for this coverage for 15 months when I realized she had been paying for 4 car warranties on her car. She does not remember signing up for all of them. So a few things happened and we decided she would not be driving anymore. We decided to cancel all of them and get what refunds we could. Of course they all try to keep you!! She called to cancel this policy and was transferred to a man named ****, he was the rudest person she has ever talked to!! Told her she was lying why she wanted to cancel and that the other companies told her to say that and that he had been doing this for 12 years and could tell she was lying!! That she was not going to stop driving, she had to get from point A to point B! Really?? I didnt know she had to have a reason to cancel? Finally he gave her the info to cancel it. She has to send something in writing to get her prorated refund. We will see how it goes. Why would anyone stay with a company that treats them like that!! She has paid them over $3100 so far!!!

    Don't own a car, but received a letter stating that my service plan will not be effective. The letter was addressed to somebody that doesn't live here, but had my address on it. I have never done business with them in the past. They don't do their homework very good.

    I left *********** for better claims service and coverage, but they are one and the same. They denied coverage for a repair that is clearly stated its covered. It isnt listed as not covered, but they are stating the part isnt covered anyways. Customer reps dont return calls or emailsjust send you back thru prompts that lead you to *********** - whose contract I cancelled to go to Vehicle Assurance. Ive wasted thousands of dollars for a contract that has hidden denials for parts that arent listed as not covered. Do NOT waste your money

    I received a letter about extended coverage on a 2014 ****** Altima and I don't own a 2014. I own a ****** but it wasn't that. I would like very much if the letters would stop.

    I am also getting letters constantly from Vehicle Assurance...Can't these people be stopped for harassment??? I do not wish to call as they will then by calling me at all hours. Trying to get rid of the OTHERS that are constantly harassing me even after I block the number.
