Company was hired to install gutters around garage and home. 1. They didn't complete the full job. 2. The gutters they installed leak. I've made several attempts via email, voice and text message to fix. They keep giving me a date and don't show up.

Unfortunately We are a general contractor and our gutter subcontractor let us down horrifically on this project.. that said am working diligently to get them back out there. Customer does not mention that the new TPO roof we put on her house was very professionally done. The home has a garage that has been poorly roofed and a patio with no drainage which created a very unique problem area. I apologize to her as we do not blame her for being upset. We will contact all concerned immediately to try to mitigate her concerns.Your Professional Roofer
