  After insurance and another contractor left us in a lurch, Gateway came to our rescue! There was clear communication and expectation from day one as well as a dedication to fight for us with insurance if need be. When install day came the attention to safety and detail blew me away. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and I will happily use them again as well as recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thank you Gateways for fixing my roof issues- you were an answered prayer.

  Gateway put a new roof for us. They were very professional and were very communicative on where things stood in the whole process. They worked with the insurance company to make sure a few other things were covered. There was a little hiccup that was outside of Gateways control from the roofing team but working with Gateway they made sure everything was addressed, and they made everything right to make us a happy customer. Thanks again for the work and help along the way.

  We are more than happy with the work done on our roof by Gateway General Contractors. After recent storms, our roof received quite a bit of damage. Many shingles were lost. Gateway promptly sent someone out to repair the roof so it would not incur further damage. **** and **** were professional, had great customer service. They found are exact shingles. The roof was completed quickly and we a confident the work was done right. Great people and quality work; I would definitely recommend Gateway General Contractors, and will contact them in the future.

  The company made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. ***, my contact, explained everything and worked with me to provide all I needed to my insurance company. He even came out to meet my insurance agent. Quality of work was excellent and the clean-up after was great. Communication was prompt and any follow-up questions I had were replied to timely. ** highly recommend this company.

  I would not recommend using this company. Had **** the goat (??) ****** come out to our house March 19, 2024 to look at our roof, gutters, and downspouts to get it replaced after the really bad hail storm we got hit with in the beginning of March. Was great in the beginning and was fast but after getting on the roof and getting their sign out in our yard all communication stopped. We never heard back from **** or anyone from the business. We wanted to get the roof done before we had our child in August and nothing ever happened. We ended up going with a different company, after months of no communication from Gateway, who got it done and replaced within a week of them coming out after our child was born and home. They didnt tell us we had a huge hole in the roof and had extensive water damage done to the house because they failed to tell us we needed to tarp it off until the new roof gets put on. Seems like the contractors and the company are only in it to make a quick **** and be able to buy the next newest *** or sports car

  I didn't work with them, my complaint is regarding their advertising. First, they go door-to-door and completely ignore "No Soliciting" signs in plain view on a residential property. Then they'll lie and fraudulently say they aren't a solicitor, because they want to inspect my roof for free, because they claim to see damage that doesn't exist and couldn't be seen from public view. I told him to leave and he wouldn't until I went back inside and slammed the door in his face. Then they come back again a day or two later, I don't answer the door and instead get advertising literature left saying they inspected my home in my absence with a neighbor, when no such thing happened, because I was home the entire time, I was just ignoring them. And why would my neighbor have the right to do that anyway? They don't and they know it. It's a completely false claim in advertising. Their failure to understand the words "no", "please leave now" or understand they still a solicitor gives me absolutely no faith in them being able to evaluate something, let alone trust them with the very roof over my head. And when a contractor does the inspection and his paycheck depends on it, it's pretty obvious what the outcome of that inspection will be. Furthermore, if they aren't licensed inspectors, I don't think they are qualified to go around to homes claiming they can. At best they can give an amateur opinion, which I don't need them for. It's fraudulent in my mind to tell someone damage exists that simply doesn't for the sake of trying to scare them into you letting them into your home. But gee, they'll bill my insurance, which also makes me think insurance fraud is probably happening here too. If they're dishonest and unscrupulous at the advertising phase, I can't imagine the work phase being any better.

  Worked with ****** to get a quote on roof replacement after a hail storm. He was quick to get to my house to take a look at the roof and very helpful with dealing with the insurance adjuster. Haven't had the roof installed yet but am looking forward to working with them in the future!

  From start to finish, working with Gateway was an amazing experience. It was reassurance that customer service still exists and that there are companies that go above and beyond for customer experience. They came out the following day after a hailstorm and immediately took any and all stress away from just having the house destroyed and dealing with the insurance company. They took care of everything and even came back out to meet with the claim adjuster and my house was the first in the neighborhood to have it's exterior replaced. The crews were professional and the quality of work is 10/10. I couldn't be happier.

  We had a terrible storm last September hit our house. The whole team at Gateway General Contractors made the whole process nice and easy. They went above and beyond everything we were expecting to have our house repaired. We strongly recommend to anyone using Gateway General Contractors for their house repairs.

  We were told about Gateway Contractors from a neighbor after a hail storm, and we are SO glad we reached out to them! We needed a new roof, fascia, gutters, siding and windows so this wasn't a small job. We have been incredibly pleased in every interaction and every stage of this process -- From our very first interaction with **** the day after the storm, to **** who's been awesome every step of the way with our contract, tackling our insurance claims, etc., to *** who was an absolute rockstar of a project manager, and last but certainly not least the wonderful crews who delivered amazing work! The communication throughout was great and any concerns or questions we had along the way they responded to and addressed quickly, and we can confidently say that Gateway cares about their customers. They have helped make what was originally a stressful situation having our home damaged by the storm, and turned it into a wonderful and quality transformation of our home. Would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with insurance claims!
