    I paid Flesner Wentzel $5000 on 09Aug23 regarding case 1711-FC01509-01 for my partner, ***************************. This money was not applied to the trust account and now they have filed to withdraw and blocked ********' access to MyCase where billing information can be found.Is this considered grand theft?

    Our profession has ethical rules which we are required to comply with.  Those rules include parameters regarding confidential information and when it can be revealed.   As a result, we are unable to respond to complaints through your service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am unsatisfied with the service provided by this business and would like a refund of the money paid to them for the service. They did not once act in the best interest of their client nor provide the service the client requested and I paid for. A formal complaint will be filed with the ************************ and fee dispute resolution program, but Flesner Wentzel could make this easier on us after everything they have done and just return my money.
