    The only reason i am giving him one star is because i can't give him a zero. He would show up at 9:30 am and be gone before 3pm, when he did show up. *** is Unreliable, UN professional and lied to us so many times, including about the quality of materials he was using, we didn't know what to believe from him. The work he did on our deck failed inspection on 8/17/23 due to the steps. He then hired some young man off the internet that did not know how to build steps and was leaving town before they could be done anyway. The 2nd guy didnt even start once he saw the mess the steps were in. The 3rd guy that came to build them had to completely take the stairs down, cut new stringers and rebuild. It took weeks for him to finish as he was doing it on the weekends. It took over 2 months to build a set of stairs because *** would not hire a professional to come in and build the stairs so they would pass inspection. They were completed at 8:30 at night in the dark. They even had the nerve to ask us to go look at them in the dark and give them the final payment. Which we did not. The deck finally passed inspection on 10/31/23. I would not recommend using Archtop Construction. It was painful dealing with him. There were many other issues but too much to put here.

    We had Archtop Construction do some repair due to flooding during July 2022. *** was very professional from the start and explained to us what would need to be done. He listened to our concerns and helped us decide what type of flooring would be best. *** was on time for every step of the way from initial meeting, estimate, start date, duration of project, and finished up on time. The team did an excellent job of replacing dry wall, painting, installing vinyl plank board flooring, and salvaging a piece of existing carpet to finish off the damaged step. I do believe that they left my basement cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Archtop Construction and crew for any home remodel or repair. We are also getting an estimate to redo our main bathroom. I already know it will be done right. Thank you Archway Construction for turning a flood situation into a family room area that we can be proud of.
