Nothing happened and I paid $4,695 to them and paid more money to them over time, I have all the receipts and the things that they gave me. The actual timeshare sent me a letter to pay the $5000 maintenance fee. I don't want to be scammed again. I signed the contract with them on October 15, 2018 and nothing happened. I paid by check and credit card to them. They can give me back my money.

I have recently become POA for my aunt, *********************. ***** paid $10500 to Relief Solutions International in 2015 for help exiting her 3 timeshare properties. I worked with Relief Solutions in 2018 and 2019 trying to resolve the issue as ***** was still financially responsible for the 3 timeshares and was at that time legally disabled due to early onset alzheimers. I communicated by phone and email- I still have several emails saved from that time as documentation. RSI seems to have disappeared as have ****** Law who they were working with. ***** had to move to and Assisted Living Facility in 2020 and I was not able to communicate with her as she was 3 hours away. Until late 2022 I was unaware that 2 of the timeshares had not been taken care of. RSI and ****** law have since been unreachable.

I started with RSI in June of 2016. (My reference no. 2407105J7QJSQR24T). The company representative was visiting ******, ** looking for individuals who wanted to severe their timeshare. My timeshare is located in ************, **. I paid RSI $3,595.00 on 27 June 2016. The RSI intake manager was *************************. At that time RSI had a BBB rating of A+. I was told they had good success and the entire process should take about 18 months. For the first couple of years RSI would call to give periodic updates. When 18 months had come and gone, RSI told me to be patient, give it more time and my money would be refunded when I wanted. I have not heard from RSI in over three years. I have tried to contact them within the last month with no success. No one is answering the phone. To date, I have had 3 different law firms handling my case. The current law firm is *****************************************. This firm's address is **************************************************************. After many calls in November 2022 and a registered letter I sent and they received January 2023, still no communication. Please contact me if additional information is required.

Our story is the same as all the other complaints related to RSI. We were promised ***** months for Time Share termination. We contracted with RSI in January 2017. Three law firms later and we are still no closer to our time share being terminated. As others have stated, besides the $3,000 initial contract fee, they also collected another $900 for the resort fees 6 months later. We were told that the fee is determined by the resort once negotiations were underway to cover deed transfer fees, etc. We now believe that RSI made up that amount and collected the money without the resorts' input since termination has not happened. As with the other complaints, during the pandemic, the assigned firm went out of business and RSI collected another $600 for another "more aggressive" law firm boasting they get most time share terminations done within a year. We are one month out from 2 years with this "more aggressive" law firm. We have not heard a word from RSI nor the law firm in 2022. We attempted today to call RSI for a status update to find out the phone number has been disconnected. I cannot find anything on internet searches to locate a new phone number. One search result said the business is "permanently closed". Did RSI go out of business without resolving contracts with their current clients? Wouldn't RSI have to notify clients if they filed bankruptcy? Can BBB help me get in touch with RSI or tell me what I can do if they did go out of business without resolving our contract with them?

      To Whom It May ********

I need to file a complaint against:

      Relief Solutions International, LLC ********************************************************************************
      Phone# **************
      ************** Email: ******************************* Website: reliefsolutionsinternational.com

We paid this company $3,100 to get ** out of our timeshare, $2,500 to cover all expenses & $600.00 for paperwork which would release us from our timeshare.

I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone at their office, but all I get is a recording telling me to leave my name, reason you are calling & phone#.

Now this company has flown the coup, they have disconnected their phone numbers & refuse to accept & answer letters.

I/we are hoping that your organization can help us get our money back. If needed I do have more information which I can provide if needed.

Resort Solutions International. Over 3 years ago we went to an info meeting with this company. They talked a good game. Told us that they could get us out of our Hilton Timeshare in 18 months. During covid the law firm that they se t us to went out of business so they assigned our case to another law firm. Supposedly a more aggressive firm and with that they asked for and additional $500 over the original cost. They also asked for $1200 additional for the title transfer fee. To date we ha e paid them near $9000. The new law firm asked for a budget so they could claim financial hardship, we make to much, but we filled it out and submitted it. After review it was determined that we don't qualify for financial hardship. The next step was to go for arbitration, but when they looked over our contract with Hilton they found we don't have an arbitration clause so can't do that either. The paralegal, ******** from *************************************** said she didn't see a path forward and was going to speak with the actual lawyer about admitting defeat. That was over 3 weeks ago and I can not make contact with Resort Solutions International. I have been calling them for the last month and keep getting sent to voice-mail of a call back number. This company seems to be doing everything possible to avoid refunding our money even though we signed a money back contract. I understand a little added time with Covid, but this company has accomplished absolutely nothing that was promised prior to our signing their contract. Our desire is to get the money back and work pay the timeshare down and work on a buyback ourselves as that looks like the only way forward.

I paid this company $4000.00 to release me from my Timeshare nearly 3 years ago. They have failed to release me from the Timeshare, they just continue to pass me from one department to another giving me a runaround.
