I purchased a vehicle from this establishment at the end of March, 2023. With the purchase, included a power train warranty for the vehicle. A few weeks after the purchase, I was driving, running errands and the car overheated and started smoking. I took it to the dealers “suggested” auto body shop. The belt and compressor were bad, in which they replaced. Not even a month later, the wrench symbol came on the dash of the vehicle. Which in terms of the owners manual, means engine/transmission issues. The dealer had me take it to the same auto body shop. The vehicle sat for a few days with no answer. I went to pick it up and they said they do not work on transmissions. So then I contacted the dealer, and asked for advice. He then had a driver pick up the car and take it to *** ************* off Manchester. It was there for almost two weeks. The dealer said they were waiting on a part and “fingers crossed” it would only take a couple days. I went to get my glasses and a few things out of the car. They handed me my keys and said they couldn’t fix the issue. So I spent over hundreds of dollars on Ubers to get to work. It had been almost two weeks.I then took it to ********** ************* where they test drove it, and told me what they thought I should do. My dealer doesn’t work with them apparently because they want them to do “patch up work”. I paid $100 deductible to fix a problem that had not been at all resolved. My car has since overheated and is not drivable. I can’t afford Ubers, Lyfts, etc …. This has cost me hundreds of dollars. I have a child, animals, and three jobs. Now I’m out of a vehicle again. They need to fix this problem.

Purchased under a wk ago. GREAT(1)wide range of vehicles(2)thus far I really love my car(3) no haggling(4) 3 month 3kmile extended warranty(5)Already pre- financed before car shopping, so the purchase process was quick & easy(6)the salesman we worked with, ****, was pleasant throughout our transactions and ***** was great to chat with GOOD(1)reasonable pricing AVERAGE (1) so so trade-in pay(went up a few dollars when asked)(2)overall customer service. NOT SO GOOD ****** to look past a not squeaky clean interior(***** nail in console included)in order to appreciate the vehicle (car lots usually have their cars clean, even the junkers); **** did personally wash and vacuum the vehicle before we drove home at least(2)When I went back in to purchase the vehicle **** would not fill up the tank, his answer was more or less that as a small lot, they couldn't afford it..sure,but ok since I'd made my decision & really liked the car(only a little over 1/4 tank when I purchased); had to return for inspection and minor repairs, I again asked about a courtesy fill up; at first I got the same answer, but after mentioning feeling undervalued, **** did agree to top it off which maybe was $10,since I'd filled it after purchase; was a principle thing for me; I'd just paid over $17k for a car; him paying $40 tank of gas in the beginning is nothing; also, he told me the car would be detailed before I picked it back up, it wasn't; he said it'd just gotten back to the lot and he didn't have a chance to have it done;what he didnt know is I have the app & saw when it went & to the repair shop & returned. We dropped off @ 9am, went to shop approx 12made it back to the lot right after I called to inquire about the progress approx 5:15pm;there was time before it went for repair & I'm wondering how long it actually was worked on BAD(1) I asked questions about the vehicle that could not be answered, they are trying to sell cars; I assumed that they'd research and know about the cars before selling them; on the other hand, excepting a couple of verbalized(incorrect) assumptions, at least they didn't outright lie about not knowing some of the answers (though one answer clearly was made up for to get me off the lot(if you read this, salesman, there is a cover over the input ****, no it's not something broken inside of it, just doesn't work)(2) During our visit to test drive the vehicle, the owner did ask if we'd been helped, but the remainder of the visit, not a word, nor did he really acknowledge us much when we went back for purchase. It's a small lot and someone came back to purchase one of your vehicles, at least, say hello, thanks for coming, or for buying one of our cars. I did observe him having a nice drink (******, Scotch?) with another set of folks, but I literally had to say hi to him as he walked by several times in order for him to speak (3) don't yet have the title which I'm really not happy about; **** said something along the lines of the bank keeping them for security reasons and it could take up to 10 days (??)never heard of that & could be wrong but suspect that since I already had pre-financed through my CU which although well known, is not one they work with, he really wanted to ensure the $$ order was legit. The experience was ok, but I guess I'm accustomed to a little more, "youre a valued customer", experience.. Oh, can I please get a bottle of water (again chalked up to it being a small lot & offered tap, no it's Covid time)?? I hope that title comes soon because I don't like driving on temp ******** really technically don't own it yet...guess I should've put a deposit down and waited until everything was ready to go. Not the worst experience by far, but I've bought several cars through the years and this is the first time I've come away with a "meh" feeling about the experience
