              I purchased a Honda CRV from this company on 12/13/2021. The vehicle came with a 30 day warranty that covers the engine and transmission. On 12/20, the car started having issues on the highway and I almost got in an accident. The check engine light came on and the transmission light. I was able to get home. I had my vehicle towed to Best Deal on 12/23. Best Deal told me they would take the vehicle to a Honda dealership and I would have to go the dealership to see what's wrong.

              Drove FOUR HOURS to pick up a van. We had been in communication all week and had a legally binding buyer's order in place. They knew I'd be up to pick up on a Friday but sold the van anyway WHILE I WAS DRIVING up there with a check in hand and then LIED to me over the phone to tell me it was still there. They not only wasted my time and gas but that of my loan officer at my credit union, whom I respect and appreciate. The owner wasn't even in the country and his sales manager, April, closed up shop and left early. They don't keep even photo copies of titles on property so you can't check that they're free and clear which is never a good sign. You're supposed to buy without seeing it and let them send it to you later and I guess just hope it's good. The owner swore to me he'd make it right and "get me a better deal" but now he has fallen out of contact and does not answer my calls. He called me back twice, only to hang up before I can even answer the call. Just all around shady and terrible way of doing business.
