  After receiving one more absurd "offer" in the mail, I just had to check it out. It is appalling that this "company" is still in business. Apparently they had once operated out of **, but I'm sure they were shut down there. The letter I received is the same as others have reported. The envelope has no return address. The enclosed letter requires a close look to identify the name of the company as it is in smaller print than the rest of the letter, and there is no address at all. They also insist that you have not kept your warranty up to date, they require "immediate response!" and then in small print at the bottom declare, "Not all consumers have previous coverage."The whole thing is so absurd, I'm amazed they make enough money to even cover the cost of mailing.

  This is my 10TH final notice when will they stop sending this letter saying FINAL NOTICE OR FINAL ATTEMPT.I send these back with a strong go to H*** but they keep on coming.If I could fined and had time I would drive up to there office and beat the h*** out of who ever is responsible for sending these notices.JUST STOP

  100% scam. ***************** is extremely rude. I had the phone hung up in my face, and the gentleman who went by the name of ***** was very rude, and I am not happy at all with this company or the way I was treated.

  Dirty marketing. Their mailers are sent out targeting people that are either ignorant of how these companies operate, or people that simply see a check for "free money" and fall for the ploy. I received several after buying my home, all stating that my mortgage insurance was expired or was about to expire. I called the company and explained to "******" that my home was recently purchased, and asked why I was receiving their junk mail. Her response was a sales pitch for home insurance. I responded, asking her if she was aware of the flyers that her marketing sends out, shot-gunning potential victims. She wouldn't respond, so I told her that her marketing strategy sucks, and they were conducting borderline criminal activity. Her response was, "you suck too, sir." So I ask you, would you want to do business with a company like this?

  They have been telling lies about me getting my refund of $50 since 4/20/23. I wrote a letter & mailed on 5/12/23. Now they just said today I might not get my money for 90 days from time letter is received & they said they haven't received the letter yet. Today is 5/31/24. They were rude today. Said I might not get a total refund. First time that was mentioned to. ****** *******

  Definitely do not use this company! I was told I would get refunded my initial down payment if I decided not to accept the plan upon review of the materials sent to me. I responded within the required 30 days to cancel the policy and never received my refund. Staff were rude and hung up on me and told not to call them back.
