              I am on vacation and I needed to speak with my bank. I got ***************************** branch manager. I was not rude, nor loud, not confrontational with ****************. During the conversation I tried to correct something **************** said. Because it was important to my situation. She had misspoke about a charge and I tried to correct her. She did not like that. Because I interrupted her, she said, she hung up on me. Because I interrupted her. I was stuck in another city with my son and needed my bank to help straighten something out and the branch manager hung up on me instead of helping me. Ive never had anything like this happen before. Im a 6th grade teacher. I have thick skin and I dont get upset at people for no reason, thats my nature. When I called back I got the same person *****************************. She was confrontational and rude. She should not be in charge of peoples money and account because she has far too thin skin to do the job properly.
