    I purchased 1000 rounds of ammunition for $600.00 which I paid using ****** ***. Once payment was complete i received no response from outdoor luis. they do not answer the phone, text or e-mails. I have not received the product and have had no communication with them since payment was made.

    I placed my order from company on 9/27/22. I made payment with PayPal. Was told that since my items were in stock, my order would shipped within 3 days, once payment was received. I made my payment with PayPal, but had to be send to their cashier’s e-mail (*********************) And they would still not issue tracking # for my order stating they had not received my payment, I contacted PayPal, and they verified that the funds , which had been held for 3 days, but that the funds were released. I was then told that the items had been sent to their shippers. Still no tracking #. I had provided my UPS account for shipping if needed. After contacting the company again because the order on line still showed order on hold, I was told that they were in dispute with the shippers. Again I asked for shipping with my UPS . And recent correspondence still been instructed that still in dispute. Last week I asked for items to either be shipped or my funds refunded. I have heard nothing since. I do have all texts that follow the thread of these conversations, if needed.
