They need to be shut down. They are filthy from the outside to the inside. Stinks, bums take sh*** all over the buildings. Garage door is broken and we're forced to pay $100 to have our s*** broken into. Management is a joke they all get high in the empty apartments on each floor while unoccupied. ***** needs to be fired. She got a nasty smart mouth and just unprofessional. The staff in the leasing office changes every other month and nobody answers the phone or responds to tenants complaints. Shooting after shooting after shooting inside the buildings and on he property outside it's ridiculous. No safety whatsoever and drug use everywhere. Don't rent here they only want your money and they lie to get you to sign a lease. I'd rather live outside because it feels like that anyway. Hidden fees and nothing you see on their website is true they're all lies. People are starting to abandon their apartments because the crime and the filth they're forced to live in and endure all while paying $1000 a month just sad. We're about to do the same and we're fine with whatever come with our decision but we can't jeopardize our safety any longer, or get out hard earned money taken and not cred about. Really thinking about going to the local news and the city to get them out to inspect the building. Plenty of code violations from health hazards to violating tenant rights for money. They come into apartments while you're gone and steal as well. Maintenance are all thugs with sagging pants and they frighten older residents. Kids with guns frequent the buildings in the hallways intimidating tenants and nothing is done about it. If I had knew what I know now I would've never ever signed a lease here I'd rather be homeless. 0/10 for everything especially the leasing agent that kept coming to my apartment looking for drugs everyday because she wanted to get high I'm baffled ! ***'T WALK AWAY RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
