    Reop repair not done according to what I asked for, steering cable gear line under truck, damage to my 2010 Mazda (% dpor) off lift rack

    I was unaware of any complication with this repair. The concern was shifting into 3 with the shifter (I thought). I replaced shift cable and it had no change on the ability to shift into 3. Found a crack in the shifter mechanism, ordered a mechanism and installed and found vehicle to intermittently shift into 3. Informed customer and he said ok. Waived charges in exchange for compensation for Mazda incident and he left. I have attached a copy of the invoice. I desire to respect ***** and his wife. I would ask they call us at the shop so we can see how we may assist in the goals .

    I apologize if I spoke inaccurately. i do not believe anyone is lying. I believe we have some sort of misunderstanding.  ***** has been a long time customer and I do not wish to misrepresent him or Epic in this matter. We strive to honor our customers and there needs.  I would be happy to address any concerns on the Mazda as well as the truck if they would like to call Epic.

    this complaint was file because this company, did not do my work at all, but decided to charge me instead
