      In my 40+ years of banking, Commerce Bank location at ************************************* has the WORST customer service ever experienced. They are not there to help you, but rather interfere in resolving our banking needs. They will not tell you why they cant help you. It is sad that now we have to involve our attorney to resolve a very simple solution to our issue My best advice to anyone looking to do business with this bank, consider going elsewhere for your your banking needs.

      This is the worst pet that you can banquet with the worst customer service. Their employees are not trained good enough cart services may say some completely different from claims and then theyll tell you well. I have nothing to do with that department so if they said something different you should take my word, theres no accountability with this company its only the playing game. It is so hard to get your money out of the **** when youre not by a local branch with me living in ***** there is not one commerce Bank close to me. The nearest one is four hours and its near impossible for me to get money theres not even at ATM Im up to my neck and ATM fees which eats up my money and Bank fees for having to pay to transfer the money that I cant take out of the account I have had employees harassed me for dates I have had my money miss placed, and a whole list of things that would take me all day to write Ive **** with them for about two years and now that I want to close the account the only thing I can do to avoid fees from transferring the money out of the account is to allow them to mail me a check with my remaining balance, which can take up to three weeks as it was explained by the representative, do not **** here I wish I could give it zero stars

      Went to Open a non-profit account Was told I needed a brochure a clipping from a newspaper article and other unnecessary things. I had all my correct documents from the government and secretary of state along with other forms that was needed. Never did they once as to see the paperwork very rude. Teller Would not make any eye contact felt if they did not want to help because I was a minority. Would never do any business with this bank

      Ok bank with very terrible customer service. Also, you cannot MOBILE DEPOSIT until 6 months. Who doesnt offer mobile banking in todays electronic society. Get with the times otherwise I wont be back.

      My son lost his wallet. I called to have our cards canceled and reissued. This was on Friday. The customer service representative informs me they would be sent out overnight that day and I would have them Saturday. They never arrived. I called Monday. They told me they were being sent out that day and I would have them on Tuesday. Wednesday I called to find out where the cards were and they told me they had been sent out on Tuesday and I should have them Wednesday or possibly Thursday. It is Wednesday and still no replacement cards. This is the second time we have had to do this and the second time Commerce has lied about when our cards would arrive.Not sure how difficult of a task this should have to be. Secondly our branch installed a brand new ATM machine. The tap does not work on it. The machine has trouble taking cash deposits. I attempted to deposit a $100 bill and a $50 bill and it rejected the $50 bill even though it was a brand new one. I resubmitted the $50 bill and it took it the second time. This is a common occurrence with this ATM machine. Why do I bank at Commerce you ask, because they are two blocks away. I bank there purely for convenience that is the ONLY reason. I realize they are only ranked number 20 nationwide but it would be nice if they were more dependable.

      Absolutely the worst customer service but what can you do - I have 5 phone numbers for my local branch - they change employees like you and I change socks You have a 2 percent chance they will answer any of the numbers and a 80 percent chance they will return your call - That being said, I don't think they care because they know the whole industry ***** with customer service - wish I had a viable alternative so If anyone can recommend one please do

      Horrible customer care the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing people at the call center telling you one thing and you get to the branch its totally different

      Hold time is horrible. Then the que transfers u back. Then you get hung up on. I cant get a PIN number set. What is an access code? I cant get one!

      Had my account for 18 years and then started to get charged outlandish fees. Customer service did absolutely nothing to fix the issue and the thievery continued until finally I just cancelled my account completely.
