    Good Karma was hired to complete build in office cabinets and two closets. He was given $2,937.50. The project was supposed to be installed / completed in January of 2023. *************************, the owner, had an accident in January and delayed the project. He has stopped by our house one time since then and said not to worry. It's been 2 months since then and his phone number no longer works and he is unresponsive to emails. We would like a full refund.

    Buisness was contracted on Sep. 20th to start a shelving project for our home. Was given a 5 week time frame, after 3 months and being given multiple stories of delays, we pushed for completion and were not given what was ordered, attempts to reach the owner for a resolution, he has not responded and will not offer a refund of any kind. We provided a $1000 down payment for professional built in shelves, told they would be in real wood, painted, with a stained top, built into our walls. We were given construction grade plywood, not fully painted, no top and the holes drilled in for adjustable shelves are cracked and ruined ( owner even left a note on the shelves stating he would fix) we cannot use these shelves and cannot install due to their condition. We have requested a refund with offer to return the items. He will not respond and has not reached out to properly fix the holes. owner never once reached out to us with updates, each time we had to ask for updates and response time was slow or we had to reach out a second time before we were given a response. The items we received are not the items we were promised in the contract and we would like our money back. we are happy to deliver the shelving back to the owner of the company at our own time and expense in exchange for a full refund.

    I use a 7 layer  finish plywood for cabinets.  Time frame I informed them that it would be 6 to 8 week time frame for timing and installation.  I could not go to the home during the week to do install.  They wanted me to come on the weekends.  I had the  cabinets ready they set around for two to three weeks and those cabinets got warped ready for install.  I made a whole new set.  The day I went to install I was informed from the customer to leave the cabinets outside of their garage.  Also, two of the cabinets had holes for me to make skins.  I  do not agree with a full refund,  due to the price of the cabinets and your time.  We never agreed for built in, they were going to be separate units.  I do have a contract.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    We were told 5 weeks, stated directly to me when we meet and you accepted the $1000 deposit check. Install  dates/times were never placed in the contract or disclosed via text/email until the end.  We were given via text, happy to provide, that he would come out on a weekend and work with our schedules. Agreed to dates and then canceled on us, at least three times, never once stating he didn’t want to do on weekends. The add that we responded to, stated real wood.  Again, documentation can be provided. The shelves are not usable, cannot be installed and we should be fully refunded.
