      I ordered a package for my son. He was transferred out the day it was delivered. The person at the jail told me it would be sent back and I would get a refund. I contacted them to make sure they said once they received it back I would get a refund could take up to 30 days. They said to contact back within 14 days by calling I emailed because I want paper trail. All I asked was if they received it back yet. 1st message was on 11/6 or 11/7. Just message to find out if received yet on 11/22 and get the response once received can take up to 30 days. Wouldnt even tell me they received back yet. Should have the delivery 2x a week there. At **************** in ******************, *******. Was to be delivered to my son ****** ******** who was transferred to DOC that morning it was processed on 11/4 he was to get it on 11/6 but left the facility that morning. They could at least say if they received it back by now. It doesnt take them long to take my money but we have to wait so long to try to receive a refund is crazy. They really dont want a phone call Im much nicer on email

      I getting verify my email when it has already been verified. Also I am getting that issue without a verification being sent to my email. I haven't made any changes for the site to be giving me a "information have been changed to often 30 day wait" so what is wrong with their interface? They also do not provide optimal solution and the representative I was transfered to did the same thing as the automated chat.

      FRAUD! I placed an order for commissary on 6/21 but i saw 2 email confirmations. One was for 6/20 on a different card at 4pm . I DID NOT make the 6/20 charge and my significant other never received those funds, i called numerous times to at least get the funds over to the inmate and was told i need to call higher *** and gave me a bs fake fax nmbr to call. so i disputed that charge and got a new debit card. Since it was disputed and my bank who favored me after thier investigation the access account had a chargeback. They froze my BF account and are charged extra $25 on top of my original fraudulent payment and will not allow any more commissary payments unless the total chargeback was paid. Im ready for a class action lawsuit with this company as i seen other reviews with the exact same issue of fraudulent charges, extra fees and restricted frozen accounts. My boyfriend normally transfers the money to tablet or buys commissary items SO SHOULDNT THEY be able to track where this supposed charge was spent on??? They cant cause i never approved it and he never received the funds and they know it. This is criminal and inhumane in an intentional way. And goodluck in court yourself as this will be a class action lawsuit.

      This company is completely unprofessional and a total scam. I placed an order April 26th and was informed it was shipped April 29th. It is currently 5/20/2024 and the order has yet to delivered to the facility. I have chatted with multiple people who can't tell me nothing besides it was shipped out and an investigation will be taken place on 5/29/2024. How can't this "business" track the f****** order. Was it delivered or signed into a facility or not. I don't want an investigation, I want an immediate refund. I can't get a hold of anyone via phone. Refund customers when the business clearly can't or don't know how to run a business. Its literally 1.04 stars on the BBB. I need my money back asap.

      They are very over priced selling products that are necessities to inmate that are more than triple than what i pay at the store. There needs to be something done to make these items more affordable for inmates.

      Do not use this service! I ordered well over a month ago they claim it was shipped but it was never recieved. They claim its out of their hands once it goes out. They cannot even prove they sent it! After 3 times trying to resolve this they say I have to open an investigation I doubt I will ever see my money or this package delivered. Trust these reviews this is a SCAM!

      I have attempted to put money down on my husband's commissary at the prison he is located at and was told my card was declined, I had money in my account and was give NO reason why my card was declined, no one anywhere gave me any explanation. I talked to people on line and talked to customer ********************** on the phone, no one knew what the c*** they were doing. So because of this I am out $$67 because it hasn't been refunded back into my bank account and it sure as h*** wasn't applied to my husband's account for food and other necessary items he needs. All these people do is pass me back and forth from one person to another and no one knows anything and no one has helped me, this has been going on for almost three months now. These people don't know what the h*** they're doing and for all we know they could be stealing our money and our personal information. I want to make a direct complaint against them and I want this problem I have with them to be fixed now and stop being given the run a round. This is insane.

      I placed an order for my brother who is an inmate in the **** Department of Corrections on 10/08/23. The funds for the order were withdrawn from my account on 10/10/23. On 10/17 I spoke to my brother and asked if he had received the items. He told me no. I spoke to him again on 10/19, still no items received from the order. I looked up the order on their website and it advised the order was on hold with no explanation as to why. I contacted Secure AccessPak at the number provided and spoke to Tayvion. He was **** at best and made me feel as if I was bothering him by calling. I explained the situation. He advised me they needed to verify some information. I asked why had they not contacted me to verify any information as they immediately took my funds and had the order on hold for 10+ days at this point. He stated he did not know why and placed me on hold for almost four minutes to retrieve the form to complete. They wanted to know the last 4 digits of my card (it was on my order), my relationship to the inmate (they could have verified this with the institution as I am on his visiting list and have been since the day he entered the penal system), and he confirmed my phone number (also on the order). He advised he submitted the form and the hold should be lifted in 1-3 days. Then hung up abruptly. This is a horrible way to conduct business and I have no other option to obtain the hygiene and sundry items my brother needs. I get it was only $440, but it was my money that they held with no contact for 9 days. Furthermore, they know I really do not have an alternative way for my brother to receive the items I ordered. The lack of customer ********************** is appalling!!

      This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for a family member, the website indicated packages are delivered 3x a week. The package was never delivered prior to the relative being released from the facility. When I contacted them about a refund for undelivered items I was advised no refunds or replacements would be provided, they stated the packages are destroyed within 10 days if not picked up. Im disputing the fraudulent charges on my card, but its really a shame that people in need of basic items during a difficult time have to deal with this kind of scam. Based off other reviews I would say a class action is in order

      This place is a rip off. Someone called this company and made a charge on my credit card was not **** contacted my credit card company and they did a charge back. Said I was not responsible for the charge. Well it was done as a cash advance which I never do. Because it was done that way I had to pay a extra $50.00. They froze my loved ones account in jail now I can not put any money into his account. They told me I had to pay the charge back plus the $50.00 dollar fee. It cost me $104.95 for a charge card amount of $54.95. I mailed the money order on the 14th of this month today is the 29th they are telling me they don't have the money order and it can take 4 to 6 weeks to clear this up. So mean while my loved one sits in jail with no personal hygiene products because I can not make any deposits. This place should be closed down. This place takes money from people and gets away with it. They charge fees all the time even on the kiosks in jails. They need to be investigated. Rip Off artists.
