  Over a year ago, May 2022, upon recommendation from a friend, I hired them to do some renovation to my home. He did not finish until Dec. 2022 in the meantime I had no correspondence from him. The person who referred him to me didn't understand his behavior. I discovered some things that needed to be corrected before I moved in June 3. I have been calling him telling him that there are several things that needed to be done. When they delivered, end of February, my dryer from **** ***** they could not hook anything up because the dryer vent was cut too small. Mr. **** was very angry and hostile and was supposed to get all the right things but didn't do it. Mr. **** tried to come back and do it and still had the wrong equipment. He promised to come back but never did. There was a lot of glass and debris in the bushes. He promised to get a clean up crew and that did not happen. He was supposed to caulk up the basement door so that water would not come up through the floor. I have been calling him since April 2023 and he never showed up. There is a rectangular shape over my bedroom, a leak over my bedroom. He texted me "I'll call you later." He didn't finish until this. He ordered the wrong sized windows, took the bad windows and made them fit. I contacted University City about him and found out that he lied about everything.

  I would like a refund of all work that had not been done incomplete and not up to standard.

  I have completed everything that I have in a contract with this lady. She wants everything free I had nothing to go back. I was going to help her nicely now that she put in a complaint. It's just no way. I'm goanna go back and she needs to remove. The complaint otherwise I'm going to put a lawsuit against her. I have the contract I'll be more inhabited send you a copy. She can talk bad about my company when I complete everything and give a lot of stuff off. For free

  I did not respond because it was sent to the wrong email address.  I couldn't respond until today because it was sent to the wrong email address.  I was not being negligent, I just didn't know.  

  I did not ask him for anything free at any time.  All I want is for him to honor the contract by completing and addressing the original work that was done that I have already paid for, any adjustments (windows/roof leaking, water coming from under the basement door, correction on the vent to the dryer, glass and debris removed from the shrubbery and flower box, also the railing on the back porch and the replacement of the piece that flew off the ceiling on the back porch) that need to be made to the original work I paid for.
