Having just paid off my second car loan with Arrow, I would do so again. The office staff is always pleasant. Interest rates aren't the best but aren't punitive either. They are just a family owned business trying to make a living. They take on some high risk clients who may not even get in the door at other finance sources. I think they are really making a difference in some people's lives. They did in mine. Thank you.

1 starHorrible to do business with, all about money, not here to help the community. I gave my car back due to losing my job, The car was only with 4K and a 98 or 99. I was making payments until I couldnt anymore. Tried to take $4000 to them to pay the car off they told me no. They are now 7 years later trying to get $13,000 out of me.Review fromShamika S
