    On 11/11/24 I placed an order via the ********** app @ 12:54 pm. The app said my order would be ready by 1:01 pm. When I arrived the cashier told me my order was not ready & I had to come inside. I parked & went inside. There were 2 men waiting at the counter & 2 men sitting at a table. 10 minutes later the 2 men at the counter got their food. I was then asked by the cashier what did I need. I ***lied my order I placed via the app. The cashier ***lied I would have to wait for the other 2 men sitting because they were before me. I mentioned that other people were able to get their food at that drive thru window why couldnt I? The cashier mentioned it was only 2 of them working & there was nothing she could do. So I asked to cancel my order because they were making me run late for work. The cashier ***lied since I placed it through the app I had to cancel it through the app. So I left & cane straight home & tried to cancel it through the app. It would not let me cancel it because it alt charged my card as if I picked it up. So I called the 800 number & the *** said they would have the DM contact me. A week or so goes by & no contact from the DM. I call the 800 number & the *** tells me the same thing & mentions that the DM tried to contact me. I asked for proof since I have not received a text, email or phone call. The *** could not provide it. So now its been several more weeks with no contact. I want my money back for food I never received.

    On November 12 2022 at this KFC the lady I'm assuming is the manager was so rude and disrespectful. I have never felt so threatened and humiliated in my life. This lady talked down to my like I was worthless. She slammed my food down on her counter for no reason at all. I paid $50 for me and my family to have a good meal and I didn't even receive all my food half of it was missing. This lady should not be in charge of this store. I want my refund and settlement for how this lady treated me are white people not allowed to eat here? I felt very disrespected. This is not a safe place to go.
