      Absolutely horrible. They lie and steal from their customers. Unethical and criminal conduct

      Where to even start. We had a house fire in 2016. Our insurance company hired Woodard to remediate what little damage we had. We had issues from the getgo. They looked at us and thought well this isn't Wildwood or Kirkwood so let's treat them like garbage. They botched our floors (twice) we still have nails sticking out in places because the flooring guys (******) were such jokes. We had them remove the fireplace because I was pregnant and that was the catalyst for the fire. They did not repair or insulate it correctly and we have had nothing but issues. Ice, condensation, drafts. But today is the icing on the cake. Today I found mold because all that condensation and improper ventilation has caused MOLD. We contacted them and they said that there is nothing they can or will do but they do mold remediation. Can you believe that? Mold remediation on your own shotty work?! I so hope I can post these pictures. I am contacting a lawyer first thing tomorrow after I receive test results from an environmental specialist to see if this has turned into toxic black mold. which may be why my poor 6 year old has such bad respiratory issues. I am only reviewing because I never want a family to have to go through what we did and what we continue to uncover every year.
