I am sending this in hopes of a reply because of the over charge by Wolfe Restoration of St. Louis-central LLC dba SERVPRO of St. Louis Central located at ****************** Louis ***** MO I had a water leak in my house 1/23/24 which caused a lot of damage and I was out of town which needed immediate attention.There team came in to do remediation resulting in the damage of parts of the structure due to their apparent negligence And damage to personal ************* house was completely gutted and personal belongings put in storage somewhere Sometime around April 5th 2024 Nothing was cleaned at that ******** after almost 5 months I was told that they are arranging a time to return my belongings uncleaned CAN WE SAY MOLDY after all that time This franchise has got to be the worst I have ever seen not worthy to do any project their motto like it never happened needs to be changed please contact me ****** ******* ************ ********************Business response

There Was no indication of the damages that was done to my personal property and to my home from ServPro please address those issues as a number of those items were destroyed and dispose of please respond

ServePro had filed false documents with our insurance company about the amount work done following a house fire and is holding our personal belongings hostage.Business response
