On the date of April 30 2024 I booked a hair appointment with ************************* for Thursday May 2 at 9:00 am. For the service I wanted she charged $325 her deposit was $25 that was taken off my card through her booking website. So on the day of my appointment she asked could I come at 9:30 am and she asked could I come to her house. I arrived at her house at 9:44am which means I was late she has a late fee of $20. During my appointment I passed out. Ms ******* sister called the police and an ambulance I called my mom. When my mom to arrived I paid *************** $320 and ensure her that I was coming back so she could complete the service. I texted her later that evening asking would she be able to finish tomorrow May 3 She texted me on Friday May 3 asking would Monday May 6, at 7:00am would be a good time for me I said yes thats fine. On Monday May 6 my mom and I arrives at Ms ******* house at 7:09am so I texted her and asked was she home I got no response so I knocked on the door nobody answered I tried contacting her through the number provided on her website but it was out of service. I didnt hear back from her till 7:30 am she sent a text saying she was at the shop so we decided to go to the shop. We arrive at the shop and I let *************** know that I was there and she told me she left the shop at 7:30am and she had another client at 10 she would try to see if she could squeeze me in my response was Im okay I just want $300 back her response was she could only give me $150 because half of my hair was done and that I wasnt being truthful about being outside her house my response was two photos of my hair, I stated that half of my hair was not done, that the location was miscommunicated and that I felt that at least $200 would be fair. Her response was I took down a row of my hair and she checked the cameras on her house and she didnt see me I didnt respond afterwards because it wasnt going anywhere.
